Why would I want to produce a DVD in Memorial to my loved one?
A DVD produced by In Memory Of can be played at the funeral to pay tribute to the deceased. Copies can be distributed to those who were unable to attend the actual service. They also ensure that the memory of the deceased lives on for future generations.

Who produces the Chapter One text?
We ask that the client provides us with a description of the deceased life. Details should include as much or as little as you would like. To tell the story fully it is best to include things such as Date and Place of Birth, School Attended, Spouse,Children, Interests or Hobbies, Personality Traits, Grand Children, Special Events or Specific Achievements etc.

What Images Should I Send?
The DVD’s work best when we have a full selection of images from childhood through to later life. It doesn’t matter what format they are in. They could be 35mm Slides, 35mm Negatives or Photographs of almost any size. It doesn’t matter if they are black and white.

Will the DVD’s play in other countries?
The DVD’s are “region free” and should therefore play on any DVD player. However there are occasions when they do not play on the very oldest of DVD players.

Do we get digital copies of the images?
Yes, we give include a CD which will contain JPG versions of the pictures. These can be used on your computer, printed out or emailed, exactly as if you took the images with your digital camera.

Will the images be good quality?
They certainly will. Negatives and Slides will be scanned at 3200 dpi and Photographs slightly less. Of course a lot will depend on the quality of the original image. For example if a photograph was been faded by sunlight the digital image will not be as good.
